Law firm is seeking a Legal Support Specialist to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, calendaring, and document management
  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, pleadings
  • State/federal e-filing
  • Assist with discovery, deposition prep, trial preparation, and case management
  • Manage time entry, billing, and attorney travel arrangements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8–10 years of litigation secretary experience required; large firm experience strongly preferred
  • MS Office Suite required

Salary Range: $95-110K
