Salary Range: $95-110K
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file complex legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
- Manage pre- and post-judgment remedies, collections, and foreclosure filings
- Conduct cite checks, legal research, and maintain accurate case calendars
- Support attorneys during all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and onsite trial assistance
- Organize and maintain case files in compliance with firm protocols
- Handle document management, e-filing (state and federal), and maintain discovery materials
- Bachelor's degree & Paralegal certificate required
- Minimum 10 years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Proficiency with CM/ECF, One Legal, iManage, Aderant, Adobe, and MS Office required
