Marketing and Business Development Support:
- Produce pitch materials & proposals
- Support RFP processes & manage business development activities
- Track/report on BD efforts & opportunities
- Oversee marketing requests; maintain firm website and practice materials
- Coordinate & manage attorney photo shoots
- Plan and coordinate firm-hosted client events, including logistics & vendor coordination
- Manage third-party event sponsorships & identify speaking opportunities for attorneys
- Maintain events calendar for partners and practices
- Manage award submissions & track recognitions
- Collaborate with the Communications team to announce firm accolades
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within a law firm (litigation experience highly preferred)
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRMs (e.g., InterAction, Vuture)
Salary Range: $110-115K
