Salary Range: $100-120K
Responsibilities
- Screen, direct, and prioritize incoming calls
- Coordinate agreement approvals and execution
- Track transaction negotiations and documents
- Word processing
- Create spreadsheets
- Schedule calls, videoconferences, and meetings
- Process new client/matter requests
- Maintain contact lists and calendar
- Attorney timekeeping
- Prepare expense reports
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of transactional assistant experience in a law firm required
- Entertainment/music law experience a plus
- MS Office Suite & iManage required
Salary Range: $100-120K
