Pay Rate: $30-35/hr
Responsibilities
- Calendar and maintain docket deadlines
- File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies (electronic and paper)
- Research court rules, procedures, and case-related information online
- Prepare and distribute reports related to case activity, deadlines, hearings, and key dates
- Coordinate with clerking services and process servers
- Provide general docketing and case support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of docketing experience required
- Proficiency in CompuLaw and Microsoft Office required
- Experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred
