The Swim School Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our swim school, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for all students. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the swim school, including scheduling classes and staff assignments.
- Implement our unique swim curriculum that enhances students’ swimming skills while promoting water safety.
- Supervise and mentor swim instructors to ensure high-quality teaching standards are met.
- Foster a positive learning environment by building strong relationships with students and their families.
- Conduct regular evaluations of instructors and programs to identify areas for improvement.
- Help to Market and generate new business while increasing revenue.
- Organize events, competitions, and worships to engage the community and promote swim education.
Experience
- Proven experience working with students in a swim setting, preferably within an aquatic environment.
- Background in customer service is an asset, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Passion for swimming and commitment to promoting water safety among all age groups.
