Quality Engineer with strong CMM programming

Background: We're looking for a Quality Engineer with strong CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming and inspection experience to support a New Product Development (NPD) launch. This role will work hands-on with a recently upgraded CMM system — new technology to the team — and will be relied on to bring outside expertise to elevate the site's inspection processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CMM programming and inspection to support part validation for new product development
- Apply GD&T principles in the review and interpretation of engineering drawings
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve drawing and design-related quality issues
- Support inspection of complex, multi-piece assemblies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of inspection processes and methods
- Work cross-functionally to ensure quality standards are met throughout the NPD process
