Job Description:Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll & Absence Management Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to support the Payroll Department during the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role will focus on assisting with the successful implementation of the Payroll and Absence Management modules by partnering with Payroll, HR and IT teams to align business and compliance requirements with system functionality to ensure a successful and timely Go Live. This position will serve as a bridge between technical and functional teams, ensuring that payroll requirements are accurately translated into efficient, compliant, and scalable system solutions.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll and have hands-on experience configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and Absence Management modules, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business processes into effective system solutions.
