Employer Care and Business Development Specialist (5451)

Job Purpose

Drive employer growth and strengthen client partnerships for Hire Introduction, LLC by combining exceptional employer care with strategic business development. This position is responsible for engaging prospective clients, communicating the value of our staffing solutions, securing memberships, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience that supports long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop prospective employer clients through outbound calls, digital platforms, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact throughout the employer journey—from initial introduction through membership activation and onboarding.
• Clearly communicate Hire Introduction’s services, membership options, platform benefits, and temporary staffing solutions.
• Conduct consistent, high-volume outreach to generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and meet established membership and business-development goals.
• Guide new employers through registration, membership selection, and platform onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding each employer’s staffing needs and recommending solutions that support their short- and long-term goals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect activity, follow-ups, sales progress, and client communications within the CRM.
• Confidently navigate initial points of contact, address objections, and negotiate effectively to advance prospective clients through the sales process.
• Close employer memberships and support successful integration into Hire Introduction’s services.
• Provide ongoing employer care by identifying additional opportunities, encouraging platform engagement, and supporting membership retention and growth.

Job Qualifications

Required Experience

• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition, with a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding established sales, outreach, or membership goals.
• Experience conducting high-volume outbound outreach and confidently engaging prospective clients.
• Proven ability to guide new clients through the sales and onboarding process while creating a positive, professional experience.
• Experience managing client relationships, follow-up activities, and sales pipelines through a CRM or similar tracking system.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare staffing, dental, medical, veterinary, or other business-to-business service industries.
• Experience selling memberships, staffing solutions, professional services, or subscription-based products.
• Familiarity with client retention, account growth, and long-term relationship development.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant professional experience and a proven record of success may be considered in place of formal education.
