Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with job seekers, guiding them through the application process from initial interest to completed profile.

Screen and evaluate applicants based on role-specific requirements, qualifications, and job details.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of the HI platform and represent the brand professionally and accurately.

Review, track, and follow up with all applicants who apply through HI platform job postings.

Proactively source and engage potential candidates through outbound outreach and phone calls.

Assist job seekers in completing a complete and accurate profile designed to attract employers seeking temporary support.

Expand the employer network by recruiting and onboarding businesses to support job seeker placement and temporary staffing demands.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent job experience
Required Experience:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in applicant communication and screening
- Familiarity with using online platforms for job applications
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in recruiting
- Experience in dental, medical, or veterinary fields
