Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload from filing through settlement, trial, or verdict in a full-time remote role.
Pay: Base salary starting at $120,000, based on experience and final offer terms, plus commission.

Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active NY Bar admission in good standing
• At least three years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Personal injury litigation experience with discovery, depositions, negotiations, and case preparation
• Strong legal writing, analysis, negotiation, client communication, and remote case-management skills
• Trial experience is helpful but is not required
