About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Java Microservices Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS services, combined with proven, real-time experience using AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot.
You will work closely with engineering teams to build, enhance, and support business-critical applications while actively leveraging AI to accelerate coding velocity, automate testing, and optimize software delivery.
Responsibilities
- 4–5 years of professional experience in backend software engineering
- Deep technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Practical, hands-on experience working with AWS services
- Demonstrated experience using AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude directly inside modern IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, or Eclipse
- Strong understanding of developer-focused prompting to achieve accurate code recommendations, debugging, and code optimization
