Hire Impact Recruiting is currently seeking a complete, established Class A CDL team for an immediate opening on a dedicated route between Greenwood, IN, and Santa Rosa, NM!
DEDICATED TEAM ROUTE:
- Complete, established team needed
- Approximately 5,885 total team miles weekly on average
- Approximately 2,942 miles per driver weekly on average
- Dedicated round-trip lane
- Predictable rotating 3-trip/2-trip schedule
- 11:00 AM scheduled dispatches
- Starting at $0.82 CPM
- 2025 Volvo sleeper with approximately 125,000 miles
SCHEDULE & MILES:
2-TRIP WEEK
- Wednesday and Friday dispatches
- Approximately 4,708 total team miles
- Approximately 2,354 miles per driver
3-TRIP WEEK
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday dispatches
- Approximately 7,062 total team miles
- Approximately 3,531 miles per driver
BENEFITS & BONUS PLAN:
Eligible after 90 days:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Complete, established CDL-A team
- Valid Class A CDL for both drivers
- Verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Safe driving records
- Ability to work the rotating 2-trip/3-trip schedule
- Both drivers must meet all company and customer qualification requirements
