Are you a motivated closer with a passion for helping homeowners improve their properties? We are seeking an energetic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections and accurately assess storm or age-related damage
- Educate homeowners on repair/replacement options and guide them through the insurance claim process
- Prepare and present detailed project proposals
- Cold calls and door to door sales to set up appointments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth installation process
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (construction or home improvement preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs (training provided)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle!
Pay:
$100,000 - $150,000
Hours:
Hours vary by appointment - 7 days a week day and night
