                               Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, the administrative assistant will provide essential support to management and help ensure the office operates efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Data Entry
  • Organize and file documents


 Experience

  • Prior admin experience 
  • Strong communication & organizational skills 
  • Dependability is a must! 
  • Proficient with computers/Microsoft 
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Data Entry experience 
  • Quickbooks Software experience is a plus! 


Hours: Mon - Fri 8a-5p

Pay: $15.00 hr

Salary : $15
