About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, a leading organization in the building materials and manufacturing sector, seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support business leaders in developing and executing people strategies that align with organizational objectives.
The Human Resources Manager will act as a strategic business partner, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Coach managers on people-management practices, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, candidate selection, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management, compensation review, and succession planning programs.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Support change management, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, industrial, or related environments is preferred.
- Experience working with unionized workforces is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS and enterprise systems such as SAP is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Travel Requirements
- Approximately 10% travel as required.
