Qualifications:

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA. (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)

• Driver’s License or Passport Identification

• BLS (American Heart Association only)

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.

• Must have reliable transportation to drive to work.

• Must have up-to-date vaccinations with documentation status or be willing to get a booster

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals within a local facility.

• Assess and address patients' healthcare needs, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.

• Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.

• Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
