Schedule: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with weekend rotation and 8-hour day or night shifts

What We’re Looking For
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT, RRT, BLS, ACLS)
- At least 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, preferably in a geriatric, acute, or cardiac setting
- Strong working knowledge of respiratory conditions and treatments for older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekend rotations

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Assess geriatric patients’ respiratory conditions and build individualized treatment plans
- Deliver respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy, and mechanical ventilation
- Monitor how patients respond to treatment and adjust plans as their needs change
- Teach patients and their families about respiratory conditions, treatments, and self-care
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, whole-person care
- Keep accurate, up-to-date patient records
- Keep growing your practice through continuing education and professional development
