Hire Elevation Resources is partnering with an enterprise organization that is investing heavily in Microsoft's modern data platform and analytics ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Administrator who enjoys building secure, scalable, and business-focused data solutions.

Responsibilities
- Administer the Microsoft Fabric environment, including capacities, workspaces, and governance.
- Manage OneLake architecture, security, and access controls.
- Support Power BI administration, user management, and enterprise reporting.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data accessibility and analytics.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize capacity utilization.
- Implement governance, security, and cloud best practices.
- Support Azure administration and cloud resource management.
- Assist with CI/CD processes and automation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Desired Experience
- 5 years supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics, or cloud technologies.
- Experience administering Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.
- Knowledge of OneLake, Data Factory, Azure, and modern Microsoft data services.
- Experience with Azure administration and cloud governance.
- Familiarity with RBAC, security, and data governance.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or automation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
Preferred
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- Microsoft Fabric certifications
- Power BI certifications
- Experience supporting healthcare or other regulated industries is helpful but not required.
