Our client is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join a growing Enterprise Architecture practice supporting enterprise-wide technology strategy, governance, and modernization initiatives. This role will play a key part in helping define future-state architecture, support strategic technology planning, maintain enterprise architecture repositories, and ensure alignment between business capabilities and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Enterprise Roadmaps
- Translate business goals, strategic initiatives, and business capabilities into clear current-state and target-state architecture views
- Contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps by identifying dependencies, sequencing activities, and promoting reusable architecture patterns
- Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, capability models, roadmaps, and supporting documentation within LeanIX and related tools
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing architecture guidance and decision-ready insights
- Evaluate solution impacts across applications, infrastructure, security, data, and business operations
- Ensure architectural designs align with security, resilience, disaster recovery, backup, compliance, and business continuity requirements
Enterprise Architecture & Governance
- Lead and support Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Architecture Advisory Board (AAB) activities
- Review architecture proposals and solution designs while facilitating discussions and documenting decisions, risks, and action items
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns
- Maintain current-state and future-state architecture models, including application portfolios, technology capabilities, system relationships, and dependencies
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles
Architecture Repository & Solution Analysis
- Own and maintain LeanIX and associated architecture repositories to ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, and traceability
- Create architecture diagrams, topology views, capability maps, integration diagrams, and technology landscape documentation
- Identify and resolve integration and compatibility challenges by mapping interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and system ownership
- Analyze technology lifecycle, capacity planning, scalability, and operational considerations in partnership with domain architects and engineering teams
- Facilitate architecture workshops and collaborative planning sessions with business and technology stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Business Architecture, Systems Architecture, or related technology leadership roles
- Experience developing current-state and future-state architecture models
- Experience creating architecture artifacts, diagrams, roadmaps, and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, dependencies, and technology planning
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a consultative mindset and the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare IT experience
- Experience with LeanIX or similar Enterprise Architecture platforms
- Experience supporting Architecture Review Boards (ARB) or architecture governance processes
- Experience with Lucidchart, Visio, or similar architecture modeling tools
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and architecture patterns
- Exposure to Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies
- Experience with business capability modeling, application portfolio management, and enterprise governance practices

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
