Director of Financial Planning & Analysis :
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will play a key role in analyzing operational metrics, monthly operating reviews and budgeting to advise the leadership team and prepare for board of directors meetings. This role will report to the CEO and directly manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A function of the company. Includes training, mentorship, and supervising a team.
- Coordinate, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Create budgets and annual financial plans/projections consistent with company goals.
- Provide ad hoc analyses for leadership team.
- Analyze company's financial results, profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets.
- Oversee financial systems and process optimization.
- Own KPI reporting and dashboard creation.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team & Operations.
- Support mergers and acquisitions activity.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business.
- Must have experience working in the healthcare industry
- Must have experience working for a company with multiple locations
- 8 years of experience required with 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experienced in planning, financial forecasting and financial models.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI and SQL
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
