Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Account Manager / Business Development professional, preferably with experience in the staffing industry, to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in developing new business, managing existing accounts, and cultivating long-term client relationships across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and service delivery
- Develop customized staffing solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure talent placements align with client expectations
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions to promote Hire Connections and expand your book of business
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and client interactions in the CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of sales experience within the staffing/recruiting industry (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage existing client accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for building client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is a plus
