Hire Connections is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a long-term client in the real estate industry. This hybrid role focuses on timely and accurate payment processing for multiple internal entities and franchise income. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process payments, transfers, and refunds accurately and on time in accordance with internal controls
- Ensure daily application of funds is deposited and charged correctly within required timeframes
- Manage end-to-end cash receipts functions, including reconciliation updates, batch review/posting, and credit card settlements
- Process payments for internal companies, franchise income, CAD lockbox, and miscellaneous transactions across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with internal departments (Annual Dues, Billing & Membership, Accounting, etc.) to resolve discrepancies and meet customer needs
- Provide strong customer service while working both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures and support timely month-end activities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash handling, or payment processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and 10-key data entry
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
