About the Role
Hire-Agency is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing organization seeking a hands-on FP&A Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
This role partners closely with leadership to deliver insights that drive decision-making and business performance.
This role offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus a 20% bonus (OTE up to $150,000). Pay is based on experience and scope. The position is intentionally scoped at the FP&A Manager level, with growth opportunity as the organization scales.
What You’ll Do
Own daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational KPI reporting
Build and maintain dashboards (revenue, labor, payroll, cash flow, working capital)Partner with leadership and operations to analyze performance and trends
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting
Prepare management and board-level financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Analyze data from multiple systems to identify risks and opportunities
Support ROI analysis, capital investments, and growth initiatives
Improve reporting processes, workflows, and automation
Contribute to M&A analysis and integration projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams
- Confident communicator and collaborative business partner
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- 5–7 years of finance experience, including 4 years in FP&A is a must.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills
Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
Ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Background in multi-site, service-based, or PE-backed companies preferred
M&A or post-acquisition integration experience a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is required
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
