Salary:$50,000-55,000*

*Compensation is based on experience, scores on skills assessments, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities/ What You’ll Do

• Data Entry Bookkeeping: Perform accurate data entry bookkeeping work for multiple clients to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

• Accounting Support: Provide support to accountants by assisting with bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, and other financial processes.

• Bookkeeping Report Preparation: Pull bookkeeping and financial reports for clients to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Client Report Distribution: Send bookkeeping and financial reports to clients upon request, ensuring clear and professional communication.

•  Year-End Bookkeeping Projects: Assist with year-end bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, report preparation, and project completion under accountant supervision.

• Training Participation: Attend weekly training meetings to strengthen bookkeeping knowledge and stay aligned with company standards and best practices.

• Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline bookkeeping processes, improve accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.

• 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting education (required)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred)

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Adaptable to change and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment

• Ability to answer client questions using laymen's language

• A team player who appreciates a lighthearted culture (dad jokes welcome).
