Our fast-paced catering and event company is seeking a motivated Administrative & Event Assistant to be the operational backbone of our client relations and event coordination.
This is a key position for someone who excels at managing details, communicating with clients, and proactively ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. You’ll be the central hub for our team, and your administrative expertise will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Management & Communication: Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients. You'll manage incoming calls and emails, expertly guiding clients through their event details and answering questions.
- Quote & Proposal Creation: Utilize your strong computer and technology skills to create detailed, accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring every element is documented for the client and our team.
- Administrative & Sales Support: Manage our client database, perform diligent follow-ups with potential and past clients, and assist with sales-oriented outreach. Your proactive and organized approach will help us build and maintain strong relationships.
- Event Coordination & Logistics: Methodically track event details and logistics, making sure no item is overlooked. You’ll use your sharp attention to detail to ensure our team has all the information they need to execute a successful event.
- On-site Event Support: While the majority of this role is office-based, you will also have the opportunity to work at events on-site, assisting with set-up, client needs, and tear-down. This is a chance to see your hard work come to life and offers additional earning potential.
