Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to deter and detect criminal activity.
- Respond promptly to calls for service, emergencies, and incidents.
- Conduct thorough investigations of crimes, accidents, and other incidents.
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, arrests, and investigations.
- Enforce laws and regulations while ensuring the rights of individuals are respected.
- Manage conflict situations effectively to maintain peace and order.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and coordinate with medical personnel.
- Utilize surveillance techniques to monitor suspicious activities or behaviors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Experience or training in law enforcement is preferred, but not required
- Strong report writing skills for accurate documentation of incidents.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate tense situations.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures.
- Familiarity with surveillance techniques is advantageous for monitoring activities within the community.
- Must pass background checks and meet all requirements set by law enforcement agencies.
- OPOTA certification
