What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychotherapist position at Hiraeth Psychotherapy?
Hiraeth Psychotherapy, a small group practice located in south Minneapolis, is looking for one or more therapists to join our team! Applicants should be attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and interested in working with clients from a psychodynamic approach.
This position is for independent contractor status with competitive compensation based on a percentage of income generated (paid out monthly). You will have scheduling autonomy, access to a furnished office (with windows), individual and group consultation, an easy-to-use and comprehensive EHR database, billing/admin support, clinic marketing and advertising, and in-network status with health insurance providers.

- Option to work from home with virtual clients (if home office is HIPAA-compliant), though a majority of sessions will be in-person
Requirements are:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree
- Pre-licensed pursuing licensure, or current Minnesota license as a LMFT, LP, LICSW, or LPCC
- Ability to work with clients from a psychodynamic approach.
