F/T Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Overtime when needed.
Job Duties May Include:
- Respond to Customer Emails *We make it easy to make customers happy.
- Answer Phone Calls *Listen and give the customers what they want.
- Phone Orders *Help our happy customers shop.
- Respond to Social Media Comments *Connect with our fans.
- Respond to Customer Reviews *View photo reviews and give feedback.
- Process Returns & Exchanges *Easy peasy.
- General Office Help *Support the VP of Operations.
Requirements:
Attention to Detail *Follow the systems and you'll be ok.
Highly Organized *Complete you daily checklists.
Pleasant Personality *You kill with kindness.
Computer Literate *Know the basics and we'll show you the rest.
Must have valid driver's license and transportation
Must have a bank checking account for direct deposit
