Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cabinetry Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth in our cabinetry, closet and outdoor kitchen division. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for finding clients interested in custom and semi-custom cabinetry, custom closets, outdoor kitchens and interior design solutions. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help you build lasting customer relationships, showcase our premium products, and close sales effectively. Duties
- Engage with clients through inside and outside sales efforts, providing expert guidance on cabinetry options, layout design, lighting, and remodeling solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations using pro kitchen software to design and visualize custom cabinetry layouts for clients
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and upselling complementary products such as lighting fixtures and fixtures
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal closing to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets
- Support merchandising efforts by stocking displays, organizing product demos, and ensuring the showroom is inviting and well-maintained
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the renovation or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry design, layout planning, lighting design, and remodeling processes preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
- Background in construction sales or interior design enhances your ability to communicate technical details clearly
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards
