What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome new hires like they're your long-lost bestie
- Teach them everything-from grill basics to customer service magic
- Lead by example in every station (you walk the walk and talk the talk)
- Keep training fun, clear, and hands-on (no boring lectures here)
- Track progress, give feedback, and celebrate milestones
- Work with managers to keep training fresh and effective
- Keep the crew culture strong, supportive, and seriously awesome
- Has been crushing it on the HipBurger team (or similar role)
- Knows the ins and outs of back-of-house and front-of-house
- Is a natural leader and a great communicator
- Brings big energy and positive vibes to every shift
- Can coach without being bossy, and teach without being boring
- Is 18 with solid availability (weekends, evenings, etc.)
