Summary
We are seeking a Support Staff member to join our team at Hip Hop Mindset. This role is essential in assisting our programs and ensuring a positive environment for the youth we serve. The ideal candidate will be passionate about arts education and committed to supporting our mission.
Responsibilities
- Subbing for instructors when there is a call out.
- Learning about each specific program we offer at HHM.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for all activities.
- Engage with youth participants to encourage their artistic expression.
- Support with in house tasks at HQ and studio such as prop building, organizing materials, costumes, etc.
- Collaborate with team leads to enhance program delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in a support role or similar position preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with youth.
- Passion for the arts, particularly Hip Hop culture.
- Ability to assist in various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic organizational skills are a plus.
