Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Help customers select balloons, designs, and add-ons for events
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays
- Assist with balloon preparation, inflation, and packaging
- Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and inventory
- Provide a fun, engaging shopping experience aligned with our brand
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Important Requirement: This role involves regular handling of latex balloons. Individuals with latex allergies should not apply.
