JOB SUMMARY:
As a Territory Representative, you will be supporting the development of business activities in a defined territory. You will be exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our current partners as well as cultivating new relationships. In this position, after successfully completing our 2-week product & territory management training and level-assessment program, you will visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, and receive feedback on our company's products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products
- Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory
- Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build strong relationships and support customer needs
- Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty
- Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities
- Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars, ensuring robust attendance and engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables
- Participate in and successfully complete Hiossen's comprehensive product training programs, gaining expertise in product offerings, technical knowledge, and company sales procedures and techniques
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a direct sales representative
- Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope
- Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory
- Must have basic computer skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer's office and other meeting locations
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to drive
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000
- Uncapped Commission
