What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Enablement Specialist (Ridgefield Park, NJ) position at Hiossen?
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and follow up with leads to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close new accounts
- Partner with Hiossen Marketing and Education teams to develop collateral, presentations, training materials, and other resources needed to support new account acquisition
- Collaborate and co-travel with field sales representatives to develop opportunities, conduct customer meetings, and close new accounts
- Coordinate pricing, promotions, contracts, accounting requirements, and other operational activities necessary to establish and support new accounts
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Education, and Operations to ensure a seamless transition from lead to active customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or commercial support
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with field-based sales teams and cross-functional departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in dental implants, medical devices, dental technology, or healthcare preferred

- Base Salary: 60K-80K
