Ideal Qualifications:
- Admitted to the CA Bar and in good standing
- 3 years of experience in employment law and/or business litigation
- Proven experience with federal and state court litigation
- Familiarity with investigating discrimination claims, drafting position statements, advising clients on employment law matters, and creating employee handbooks
- Strong academic credentials and top-tier legal research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented setting
