Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will assist with inquiries, process transactions, and help foster strong relationships with our members. Your ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships will play a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and loyalty.
Must be available week nights and weekends 10-16 hours per week. We offer flexible hours. Salary will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Engage in relationship management to build rapport with members.
- Resolve member issues promptly while ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain the appearance of the front desk, coffee area, lounge, workout facility and locker rooms.
- Assist Tennis Professionals in appearance of courts.
