We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Dish Person to join our back-of-house team. This is an essential role that helps keep our kitchen running smoothly while supporting a team committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and prep areas
- Take out trash as needed
- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and other tasks during busy periods
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person
