About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing Server who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a server at Hinode, you’ll be the face of the guest experience by taking orders, answering questions about our menu, and ensuring every table leaves happy.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs before they ask.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability (weekends and evenings required).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
