What You’ll Do
As part of our Back of House team, you’ll play an essential role in preparing and cooking food that keeps our guests coming back. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and food items for each shift
- Cooking steamed rice, boiling noodles, and keeping up with to-go orders
- Pre-cutting vegetables and assisting with sushi prep (such as shrimp and deep-fried rolls)
- Cooking and packaging to-go meals efficiently and accurately
- Cleaning your grill station, mopping kitchen areas, and changing fryer oil
- Assisting with additional cleaning tasks, including vent hood cleaning when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Able to bend, stand, and move consistently for up to 7 hours
- Commitment to safe and proper food handling practices

About This Role
