Job Title: Team Lead
Hino Motors Manufacturing U.S.A. Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hino Motors, Ltd. (Japan) and a Toyota Group Company.
We are looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our team in Marion, Arkansas.
The ideal candidate will have experience in production, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line machinery following standardized work instructions.
- Cross-train in all processes and train other team members.
- Step in to ensure continuous process flow in absence of team members.
- Coach operators to improve techniques and adherence to standards.
- Set up job rotation according to supervisor's guidelines.
- Identify abnormal conditions and initiate Stop-Call-Wait procedure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in production or quality control.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or standardized forms.
- Experience with time studies and ergonomic evaluations.
