Who We’re Looking For - Required
- Active Virginia RDH license, radiography certification, and CPR/BLS
- Strong clinical skills and confidence practicing independently
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills
- Warm, empathetic chairside manner that puts patients at ease
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
Ideal (but not required)
- Experience in a fee-for-service or high-quality general/cosmetic practice
- A restorative-minded approach to hygiene
- Passion for continuing education and evolving clinical techniques

Patient Care Hours
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm
