*Job Overview*
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Cabinet Installer to help with a growing demand on large scale projects. This person must have demonstrated their ability to handle a large workload under consistent time constraints, and complete workmanship higher than industry standards.
*Responsibilities & Qualifications*
- Must have at least 3 years of full-time cabinet installation experience
- Having your own tools is an advantage, but company tools may be available for rent or purchase
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Physically fit and strong, able to lift 100 pounds
- Dependable and hardworking
- Able to mentor/teach an Assistant Installer or an Apprentice
- Install cabinetry, crown, moldings, trim, panels, etc.
- Maintain quality install work as required by Company Minimum Quality Criteria, reviews by the Quality Controller and Operations Management.
- Use company technology to update information
- Communicate with representatives from builder's company
- Clean up jobsites after installs - Before leaving jobsite.
- Must understand & follow company safety policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
