About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Data Analyst to build and enhance the analytics framework for our supply chain team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics for the team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leveraging data-driven insights to automate data collection and analysis, optimize supply chain processes, improve decision-making and enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, they will have a knack for conveying complex data to diverse audiences, including those without technical backgrounds.
You’ll play a key role in the Hardware Supply Chain team and will be working cross functionally with various teams to scale up the Analytics function. You will be a highly-visible, trusted partner to many of our supply chain team members. This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $97,000 - $146,000.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Work closely with the supply chain teams to understand data requirements and ensure that the reporting aligns with operational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Mode, Power BI or Excel to monitor supply chain performance.
- Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs such as inventory levels, forecast accuracy, 3PL performance, supplier performance, on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Design data models and automation scripts to streamline reporting and reduce manual work.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and insights to support day to day operations as well as strategic business decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and bottlenecks in the supply chain to optimize inventory levels, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
- Support the team in demand forecasting, logistics, supplier performance evaluations, and cost analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Operations and Quality to drive data-backed improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field
- 4 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Knowledge and prior experience in Supply Chain preferred
- Experience with supply chain software, ERP systems like NetSuite and other data visualization tools
- Experience with Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
- Experience with Power BI, Mode, or other data visualization tools
- Knowledge of forecasting models, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Understanding of supply chain processes and their correlation with key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and associated reporting functions.
