Role Description The Team Lead House Cleaner is a full-time, on-site role located in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is responsible for leading a small cleaning team, organizing daily tasks, and ensuring homes meet Hines Cleaning’s standards of quality and consistency. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed cleaning of residential spaces (such as kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces), checking team work for completeness, and addressing any client concerns on-site. The Team Lead will coordinate schedules, manage supplies and equipment, and communicate clearly with both clients and the Hines Cleaning office. This role also involves training new cleaners on company procedures, safety practices, and efficient cleaning methods while maintaining a professional, respectful working environment.
Qualifications
- Strong residential cleaning skills, including detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and surface sanitizing.
- Team leadership and coordination abilities, such as assigning tasks, monitoring quality, and supporting team performance.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and internal staff in a respectful, professional manner.
- Time management and organizational skills to plan routes, meet deadlines, and follow checklists and cleaning protocols.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, use cleaning products and equipment correctly, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality, with the capacity to work a consistent full-time schedule on-site in Eden Prairie, MN.
