Role Description The Director of Innovation is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Amarillo, TX. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation, designing and guiding programs that bring new concepts to life, and aligning initiatives with the organization’s mission and long-term strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional innovation projects, managing timelines and resources, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing pilots and prototypes. The Director will analyze market and community needs, facilitate ideation sessions, evaluate potential solutions, and develop implementation roadmaps. This role also involves mentoring team members, establishing innovation best practices, and regularly reporting on outcomes, impact, and lessons learned to senior leadership.
