Position Overview
We are hiring a dependable and customer-focused Tow Truck Driver to assist motorists, local municipalities, and AAA members in need. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working drivers who want steady hours, strong pay, and a drama-free work environment. No prior towing experience? No problem—we provide paid training for the right candidate with the right attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to towing, accident, and roadside service calls
- Assist motorists with battery installations, lockouts, fuel deliveries, and tire changes
- Tow and transport vehicles safely to designated locations
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain equipment/tools
- Communicate with dispatch, teammates, and customers throughout each call
- Complete service tickets and maintain accurate records
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Deliver professional, high-quality service

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
(No more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years) - Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must obtain DOT Medical Card (company reimbursed)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and manage towing tasks.
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
