Duties
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and staff to ensure smooth program operations and high-quality service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote engagement and collaboration
- Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment
- Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements
- Monitor program outcomes through data collection and reporting to support continuous improvement effortsRequirements
- Proven management experience in program or project coordination within social services or behavioral health settings
- Strong background in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients, families, community partners, and team members
- Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and staff development
- Knowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and best practices in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
