As the Store Manager at our downtown New Albany, IN location, you will be entrusted with upholding the Him & Her standard of excellence. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver an unparalleled client experience and ensuring every detail of Him & Her reflects our commitment to luxury and service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Champion the Him & Her client experience, ensuring every guest receives personalized, attentive service
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and inspiration
- Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including achieving and surpassing sales targets, team scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Uphold the highest standards of store presentation, reflecting the Him & Her brand at every touchpoint
- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive results
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support brand initiatives and growth objectives
What We’re Seeking
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, style, and client service
- Strong leadership presence with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven, with a keen sense of ownership and alignment to company values
- Proficiency with retail systems and Microsoft Office Suite
