What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor - Lounge position at Hilton?
Assists manager in oversight of the activities of the restaurant. Assists manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and service. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
